The guys there have been extremely helpful, polite, and a joy to deal with. I have been extremely happy with all of the vehicles I have bought and have formed a really good friendship with the staff.
I recommended ais to a friend who also purchased an fto and they are also very happy.

I bought my Silvia s14 from ais in 2005, the car was just exactly what I had been looking for. I had travelled to other import garages but the quality was just not up to my expectations and the feel good factor was just not there.
In my experiences of previously buying a car you just know when it feels right and the minute I walked through the door I just knew the place felt right. No pressure good advice extremely helpful and good backup.
I have since become friends with the 2 Paul's and AIS has helped me with customising and modifying the car to exactly how I want it.
I now attend shows and meetings with AIS and would recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a Japanese car.

Me and my wife bought a surf from ais in 2005, excellent to deal with a really nice relaxed environment. The car has been superb no problems and was extremely good value.
It will definitely be ais for my next vehicle as well

After various trips to auto import solutions I just could not make my mind up on a car. Then one day I spotted a red veilside kitted Toyota Supra, I just had to have it. I was really lucky as the car had literally just arrived.
Since buying the car my father has also purchased an evo 4 from AIS and we are both really pleased with our cars. We often pop down for a chat and a coffee, such great guys to deal with and we now attend shows with AIS.

| I heard about AIS through a friend that had bough a Subaru and couldn't say enough about them. So I went to check the place out after I decided it was time for a change of a car. Immediately I saw an evo 4 that was absolutely immaculate and subsequently drove away in it the following week. This was just the start for me, I was hooked on Japanese cars from then on. I have since been back twice...traded the evo in for a skyline then trade that in for a Supra..!
Each time I went in I wasn't planning on changing but its just like being a kid in a sweet shop. Really great guys and only tried to help advise me every time when I was buying a car no hard sales tricks, just helpful friendly info.
I have had just 2 small problems in 18 months central locking motor and dash light bulb, they where fixed without problem.
The guys fixed the problems straight away - and the causes where central locking motor had been accidentally disconnected by the guy who installed my new door speakers, and the bulb well they don't last forever and it cost me £3.00.
I have to say each car has been reliable and pretty much flawless, they now have a nice Subaru I am keen on, maybe after Christmas..!
