About Auto Import Solutions
Auto Import Solutions Ltd was formed early 2002 by Paul Greenhalgh and Paul Westwell. We have both shared an interest in the motor trade from a very early age and began importing vehicles three years prior to forming AIS Ltd.
What started out as a hobby has naturally turned into an increasingly successful business.
Through our own experiences of buying from motor traders, we set out to improve what we thought was missing when we purchased a car.
These are the conclusions we came to: -
- Knowledge was very poor, salesmen really didn't have a clue about the vehicles they were selling.
- Lack of advice and help, we have had years of experience in this field and we are more than happy to share this with our customers.
- The majority of salesmen have targets to achieve, we don’t, therefore we rely on the quality of the vehicle to sell it self.
- Very little or no after sales service, once you’ve driven away you are then a number towards their target. We can provide a full after sale service, which includes trouble shooting, parts and accessories.
Basically it was proven to us that there was a lack of specialist importers and general vehicle sales businesses. So Auto Import Solutions Ltd was formed and our main aims are to provide the highest quality Japanese vehicles at the most competitive prices.
Through experience we recognise people have different requirements when purchasing a vehicle. What we want is to provide a more personal service, and to be on hand for help and advice.
Our company differs from most other importers because we are enthusiasts, not just salesmen . We share our customer’s interests and find that this promotes a higher level of relationship between the customer and us.
Through the years we have become specialists in the legendary Subaru Impreza, we always have a large stock of these vehicles and have our own demo car that we have built and tuned..!!
